It was an action packed Sunday at the PPPoker World Championship with Main Event Day 1B. Unfortunately, Team India couldn’t finish in the money in the Teams Event, the PHP 20 Million GTD Main Event seems to be a good outing for them so far.
Abhinav Iyer ended as the chip leader in Day1A with INR 75,000 Buy-In Main Event, followed by Kalyan Chakravarthy and Aditya Sushant. Then Day 1B was played where after 10 hours of play, only 46 survived from a total field of 108. With 64 entries on Day1A, the current field size at the event stands at 172 entries.
