Final Table set for Deltin Poker Tournament ₹35K Main Event

The ₹35K Main Event Deltin Poker Tournament 2019 winding towards crowning a champion. Only 108 players made it to Day2 from 286 strong field and it brought an exciting action on the felts at the Casino Deltin Royale. After a full day of play there are only 9 players left standing.

Ankit Kapoor, leading the charge with a stack of 23,95,000. He was a final table chip leader in the series opener ₹15K Deep Dive NLH where he finished 3rd for ₹2.90 Lakhs. Meherzad Munsaf is another familiar name on the final table with 6,75,000. This year, Munsaf opened his score at APT Vietnam, where his most notable score was in the Head Hunter event (9th for ₹52,478). Unfortunately, he missed out the title of 2018 DPT Colossus Super High Roller Series ₹200K NLHE DPT Super High Roller. He finished being a runner up for ₹19.16 Lakhs and now he is once again within striking distance of a major live title.

Dhaval Mudgal, the WPT Vietnam Main Event winner 2018 with 5,55,000 and circuit regular Mayank Jaggi with 8,40,000 are capable of going the distance despite their short stacks. Each of the final table players are guaranteed with ₹2.25 Lakhs, now the race is for the title and the top prize of ₹22.50 Lakhs.

Abhishek Goindi, the Adda52 ₹65K High Roller winner has been trailblazing from this past weekend. After winning the biggest Buy-In tournament at the series, he was again among the top contenders for the Main Event title. His run for back to back titles came to a close at 10th place as he bubbled the final table, adding ₹1.80 Lakhs to his scoreboard at the series.
