2019 SPiCE Conference released its plan for 3-day Conference

Strategic Platform for iGaming Conference and Exhibition or 2019 SPiCE is scheduled to take place between 25th to 27th February 2019 at the Goa Marriott Resort and Spa. It has released its plan for 3-day Conference and was hosted by Eventus International.  It is a global event management company specializing in gaming expos and cons and will start the Conference with a SPiCE Breaker Event.

On 26th February, there will be a lot of presentations from acclaimed dignitaries from the industry. They will raise topics like what problems they are facing from Asian gaming markets and also issues arising out of official versus unofficial sports data. The conference’s speakers will also address the issue of direct and indirect taxes on gaming in the country. There will also be a panel where they will discuss the 2019 General Elections of India will affect the future of betting and gambling.

On 27th February, we will see several notable industry persons discussing about how India can learn the recent efforts by US to regulate its sports betting industry. Mississippi ad Washington DC had greenlighted sports betting in their jurisdiction, paving the way for other states in USA. Shashi Tharoor, Rajya Sabha MP had also advocated regulation of sports betting and also presented a bill in Parliament entitled Sports Bill,2018.

You will see topics like blockchain, cryptocurrency another cutting-edge technologies on Day 3. A total of 5 panels will be hosted on this day. They will discuss opportunities for growth in online fantasy sports sector and especially esports in India.
