26th September marked the completion of one year since Poker Dangal’s inception in the online poker industry.  Apart from announcing various tourneys like a Free-Roll Thursday, the co-founder Karan Gandhi also announced the acquiring of defunct online Poker Site – PokerMet.

The parent company of Dangal is Xeta Networks Pvt. Ltd. thus acquiring the Kolkata-based XLN Solutions Pvt. Ltd. for an amount that remains undisclosed.

The reason behind this upheaval:

PokerMet ceased its operation a few months back for some internal reasons and also failed to keep pace with the commitment made to players. The site was unable to process the pending withdrawal requests of the players’ deposit and winning thus inviting various negative comments, reviews and feed backs in the social media; thus creating hassle in the poker community! The site was launched in the year 2017.

On the other hand, another website Poker Dangal which also shares the similar year of inception gradually grew its poker community and earned popularity and trust of the registered players. While co-founder Karan Gandhi announced and answered the unanswered questions of poker pros and players playing at PokerMet. He was quoted saying –

“Never before in this industry, has any operator paid out player dues which were stuck in a portal which had ceased operation for various reasons. We intend to clear the payments in a phased manner as there is a lot of data for the team to go through. We will be releasing a list of players on our official FB page. The dues to these players will be cleared on every Monday. It is our commitment that within 4-5 weeks we will clear all legitimate dues of players. The amount due to the players would be added in their PokerDangal accounts and this amount would be instantly withdrawable.”

Poker Dangal’s Commitment:

The experts at Poker Dangal are working on the payout mechanism and promise to deliver the same within a few months. They assure the 2000 depositing players of PokerMet to clear their dues in recent future. The aforesaid site closed down to 10,000 registered players and 2,000 depositing players as verified by some trusted sources. The payments would be made in a streamlined manner thus reaching out to the poker mass and showing the good intention of the company towards the players.

Time ahead will prove the success of Dangal and we wish them luck in taking such a huge step within first year of its inception and that too in the right direction!
